How to Start a Return

Email info@vigohome.co.uk within 35 days of receiving your order to request a Returns Authorisation. We’ll reply with a returns form—print it, complete it, and place it inside the parcel (or tape it in a sealed envelope to the outside if you’re using a courier). Parcels returned without this authorised form may be mislaid and cannot be refunded.

35-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted up to 35 days from the delivery date. Items that arrive at our warehouse after this period will be refused and held for customer collection.

Condition of Items

Products must be unused, undamaged and in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories included. Evidence of use or cosmetic damage will result in the return being declined. Rejected items remain at our warehouse until the customer arranges collection.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. Please use a tracked and fully insured service; Vigo Home cannot refund items lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing

We’ll email you once your return is received and inspected to confirm approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Restocking Fee

All returns accepted within the 35-day window incur a 10 % restocking fee.
