Tel 01536 808 476 | Email info@vigohome.co.uk 2 . Formation of Contract A contract forms when we email you an Order Confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders (with a full refund) if stock is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or anti-fraud checks fail. 3 . Prices & Payment All prices include UK VAT. We accept major cards, bank transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment must clear before dispatch, except for COD orders, which are payable in full on arrival. 4 . Delivery & Collection Next-day UK pallet delivery for in-stock items ordered before 12 pm (Mon–Fri). Delivery is free on orders over £1,500; otherwise £30 / £60 / £80 by distance band. Risk passes on delivery; legal title passes once paid in full. Same-day click-and-collect available with photo ID and Order Confirmation. 5 . Returns & Refunds You may return unused, unopened goods within 35 days of delivery. Email returns@vigohome.co.uk for authorisation; include the returns form in the parcel. Returns incur a 10 % restocking fee and must be sent insured at your cost. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are unaffected. 6 . Quality & Warranty All products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This excludes normal wear, improper installation, or damage after delivery. 7 . Liability We are liable for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and for breach of your statutory rights. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost labour time). 8 . Data Protection We process personal data solely to fulfil your order, in line with UK GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for full details. 9 . Governing Law These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. 10 . Complaints & ADR Please contact customer services using the details in §1. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may use the EU ODR platform or another ADR provider.
