PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Coffee WPC composite decking boards deliver a rich, contemporary timber appearance combined with the strength and low-maintenance performance of advanced composite technology. Designed for UK outdoor environments, this Gen 2B composite decking offers a refined finish and dependable long-term performance without the ongoing maintenance associated with traditional timber.
Each board measures 138mm wide and 23mm thick, supplied in a 3-metre length, making it a versatile choice for garden decking, patios, terraces and outdoor seating areas. The hollow-core structure provides an excellent balance of strength and reduced weight, improving handling during installation while maintaining structural reliability once installed.
Featuring a double-sided design, each board offers two usable surface finishes, allowing flexibility during fitting and ensuring a consistent, high-quality appearance across the completed deck. The Coffee colour presents a deep, warm brown tone with subtle wood-grain detailing, making it particularly well suited to modern gardens, outdoor dining areas and contemporary landscaping designs.
Manufactured using Gen 2B wood-plastic composite (WPC) technology, the boards are produced from a blend of recycled wood fibres and polymers, offering improved surface definition, enhanced colour stability and increased resistance to moisture, fading and wear when compared to earlier composite decking generations.
Unlike natural timber decking, WPC composite boards do not rot, warp or splinter and do not require painting, staining or sealing. They are engineered to perform reliably in the UK climate, providing long-lasting durability with minimal upkeep.
INSTALLATION & USE
These composite decking boards are suitable for residential and light commercial applications, including garden decking, patios, terraces, balconies and outdoor seating areas. Installation should be carried out on a suitable sub-frame using appropriate composite decking fixings and recommended expansion gaps. Either face of the board can be used as the finished surface, depending on the desired look. Professional installation is recommended to achieve the best long-term performance.
