PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Black WPC composite decking boards provide a bold, contemporary finish designed for modern UK outdoor spaces. With a deep, solid black tone, these boards create a clean, architectural look that pairs particularly well with aluminium pergolas, dark fencing and minimalist garden designs.
Each board measures 140mm wide and 23mm thick, supplied in a 3-metre length, offering a wider profile that delivers a strong, uniform appearance once installed. The hollow-core construction keeps the board structurally strong while remaining manageable during installation, making it suitable for both professional landscapers and experienced DIY projects.
This product features a single-sided extruded surface, with a finished top layer engineered to enhance durability, colour stability and resistance to surface wear. The underside is non-finished and designed to face downward during installation, making this board a practical and cost-effective choice where only one visible surface is required.
Manufactured using advanced wood-plastic composite (WPC) technology, the boards are produced from a blend of recycled wood fibres and polymers. The extruded surface layer improves resistance to moisture, fading and everyday wear, ensuring reliable performance in the UK climate.
Unlike traditional timber decking, WPC composite boards do not rot, warp or splinter and do not require painting, staining or sealing. They are designed to provide long-term durability with minimal maintenance.
INSTALLATION & USE
These composite decking boards are suitable for residential and light commercial applications, including garden decking, patios, terraces, balconies and outdoor seating areas. Installation should be carried out on a suitable sub-frame using appropriate composite decking fixings and recommended expansion gaps. The extruded face should always be installed facing upwards as the finished surface. Professional installation is recommended to achieve the best long-term result.
