We currently deliver to England (mainland) only. Deliveries to Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the islands are not available at this time. Dispatches are made mostly on working days. Weekend & Bank holidays subject to availability.

Free Pallet Delivery over £1,500

Orders in England with a merchandise total of £1,500+ qualify for free pallet delivery to a single address.

Pallet Delivery for Orders below £1,500

For orders under £1,500, delivery is charged by distance from our Desborough warehouse (NN14 2SR):

  • Up to 50 miles from Desborough NN14 2SR – £30
  • 50–100 miles – £60
  • Over 100 miles – £80

How We Calculate Mileage

Mileage bands are calculated from NN14 2SR using the driving distance on Google Maps. At checkout, please choose the correct mileage option based on the distance to your delivery address. If the wrong option is selected, we reserve the right to place the order on hold until the correct charge is applied and confirmed.

Processing & Lead Times

At checkout you’ll see available services and an estimated delivery date based on stock and your postcode. In-stock items typically dispatch on the next working day; large orders may be split across multiple pallets.

Damage & Shortages

Please inspect your order on arrival. Note any visible damage or missing items on the carrier’s delivery note and notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.

Click & Collect (Desborough, NN14 2SR)

Same-day Click & Collect is available (subject to stock). Wait for your “Ready for collection” email before travelling and bring your order confirmation and ID.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Vigo Home – Return & Refund Policy

How to Start a Return

Email info@vigohome.co.uk within 35 days of receiving your order to request a Returns Authorisation. We’ll reply with a returns form—print it, complete it, and place it inside the parcel (or tape it in a sealed envelope to the outside if you’re using a courier). Parcels returned without this authorised form may be mislaid and cannot be refunded.

35-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted up to 35 days from the delivery date. Items that arrive at our warehouse after this period will be refused and held for customer collection.

Condition of Items

Products must be unused, undamaged and in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories included. Evidence of use or cosmetic damage will result in the return being declined. Rejected items remain at our warehouse until the customer arranges collection.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. Please use a tracked and fully insured service; Vigo Home cannot refund items lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing

We’ll email you once your return is received and inspected to confirm approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Restocking Fee

All returns accepted within the 35-day window incur a 10 % restocking fee.
